SOLUTION TO LOTUS NOTES 8.5 NOT PRINTING EMAIL HEADERS

Try the following:

FILE > PREFERENCES > BASIC NOTES CLIENT CONFIGURATION

Under the field for ADDITIONAL OPTIONS:
1) Navigate to DISABLE EMBEDDED BROWSER FOR MIME MAIL, click on it to put a checkmark next to it.
2) Click OK button
3) Restart Lotus Notes.

When printing:
You have to click SHOW DETAILS (right upper corner of the mail you are on) on every mail you want to print, so It can also print the email headers.
